Android and PC versions have the license.txt file in a different folder. You need to copy the file from "RoveringToSussex-0.3.5/game" to the "RoveringToSussex-0.3.5" folder.
Thanks, it helped. For the PC version, the file was in the "RoveringToSussex-0.3.5-pc" folder, I copied the file to "RoveringToSussex-0.3.5-pc/game" folder and everything worked.
Playing mac version, everything else has been working fine, but attempting to open the 'chiksaw' puzzle minigame lags my computer so hard it crashes.
